BACKGROUND
The challenge
I led this engagement in a previous agency leadership role. The firm posts thousands of jobs, but its India listings weren't appearing in Google's jobs experience, engagement was low, and few job applications came from search.
For a careers site, Google for Jobs is often the biggest organic opportunity — and it depends almost entirely on clean technical foundations and valid structured data.

EXECUTION
What we did
Crawlability and indexing
Fixed crawlability and indexing issues so job pages could be found and indexed reliably.
Load speed
Improved load speed on job pages.
Internal linking
Strengthened internal linking to job pages.
JobPosting structured data
Implemented JobPosting schema so listings became eligible to appear in Google for Jobs.
STRATEGIC LESSON
The takeaway
For job listings, valid JobPosting schema on crawlable, indexable pages is the entry ticket to Google for Jobs — without it, even strong pages stay invisible there.
