OUTCOMES
What this engagement is measured on
Every client's goals are different, and most are a mix. In the first weeks we agree which of these matter to you, record a baseline, and report against it every month. Targets are set after the audit, never promised up front.
Traffic and engagement
Grow non-branded organic clicks to the pages that matter commercially.
- What we measure
- Non-branded organic clicks, organic sessions and users, engaged sessions and click-through rate.
- What usually moves first
- Impressions, rankings and click-through rate on pages that are fixed or rewritten.
- What follows
- Sustained growth in organic clicks and engaged sessions.
Leads, sales and revenue
Turn that traffic into enquiries, sales or sign-ups you can see in GA4 or your CRM.
- What we measure
- Organic enquiries and leads, conversion rate of key pages, and organic revenue and its share of the total.
- What usually moves first
- Conversion tracking you can trust, and better conversion paths on the pages that already get traffic.
- What follows
- Growth in organic leads, sales and revenue share.
Authority: backlinks and topic authority
Build the links and topic depth needed to compete for harder terms.
- What we measure
- Relevant referring domains, link quality, Domain Authority/Rating trend and how much of each topic your site covers and ranks for.
- What usually moves first
- New links from relevant sites and more of your topic pages indexed and ranking.
- What follows
- Rankings on the competitive head terms that need authority to move.
Value delivered vs investment
Show what the organic results are worth against paid clicks and paid leads.
- What we measure
- What the organic results would cost to buy as paid clicks or paid leads (CPC and CPL based value), and hours saved where work is automated.
- What usually moves first
- An agreed baseline and the tracking needed to put a value on results.
- What follows
- A value-to-investment ratio you can track month by month.

Who this is for
Hyderabad's economy gives it an unusual SEO profile. The city is home to a large IT and ITES services sector, many global capability centres, one of India's biggest pharma and life sciences clusters, major hospitals and a fast-growing real estate market. Several of those sectors sell to buyers abroad, and several of them publish content that has to pass legal or medical review.
That means Hyderabad SEO is often less about the city and more about who is searching and what they need to trust you. An API manufacturer's buyer in Europe searches by molecule and certification. An IT services firm's buyer in the US searches by capability and industry. A patient searching for a treatment needs clear medical credentials.
I bring the operating discipline from running international SEO operations at scale: research by market, templates that hold up across hundreds of pages and QA before anything goes live. For firms selling abroad, it starts with international SEO keyword research rather than a translated keyword list.
- IT and ITES services companies in Hyderabad winning clients in the US, UK and Europe
- Pharma, API, CDMO and life sciences companies with international B2B buyers
- Hospitals and specialty clinics, including those serving patients from other states and countries
- Real estate developers marketing projects in west Hyderabad's growth corridors
- Global capability centres whose careers pages and employer brand need to be found
DIAGNOSIS
Problems I solve
Common constraints teams face before we begin working together.
"Our services pages all say the same thing"
"Compliance reviews slow every page down"
"Our product catalogue is locked in PDFs"
"Portals own our project searches"
What makes SEO in Hyderabad different
Hyderabad's biggest sectors each create a different kind of search problem.
The same SEO playbook doesn't fit an IT services exporter, a bulk drug manufacturer and a residential developer, yet all three are major parts of Hyderabad's economy.
| Hyderabad market reality | What it means for your SEO |
|---|---|
| Large IT and ITES services sector selling abroad | Capability and industry pages for each target market, backed by specific case studies and proof |
| Global capability centres hiring at scale | Careers pages, JobPosting structured data and employer-brand queries |
| Pharma, API and life sciences cluster | Molecule, product and certification pages as crawlable HTML; compliance review built into the workflow |
| Major hospitals and specialty healthcare | Doctor credentials, medical review and treatment pages for patients searching from outside the city |
| Fast-growing real estate market | Project, locality and possession-stage pages; consistent listings on portals |
| Telugu and English queries | Telugu research for consumer, healthcare and property searches; English for most B2B |
For multi-country sites, the structure questions are covered on my international and enterprise SEO page. For IT services firms, the biggest win is usually specialisation: pages that show exactly which industries, platforms and problems you handle, rather than one generic services page per buzzword.
Looking for an SEO company in Hyderabad? What to compare first
If you searched for an SEO company, you're probably comparing agencies. I'm not one: I lead every engagement personally, with a team of specialists for execution. Here's how the two models differ.
There are capable SEO agencies in Hyderabad. The right choice depends on whether your constraint is capacity or expertise.
| Dimension | Hyderabad SEO agency | Senior remote consultant (me) |
|---|---|---|
| Typical focus | Local and national packages | International B2B, technical and regulated-industry SEO |
| Who leads | Account manager plus delivery team | I lead strategy and review work personally |
| Handling compliance | Often left to the client | Built into briefs, templates and QA |
| Face-to-face | Easy locally | Remote; in-person can be discussed for larger engagements |
| Reporting | Rankings and activity | Leads by market, qualified enquiries and indexed pages |
An agency may suit a single-location business that mainly needs listings, reviews and regular posts. If you sell to international buyers, run a large catalogue or publish content that needs expert sign-off, a senior consultant who designs the system is usually the better investment.
Your SEO consultant in Hyderabad, working remotely from Mumbai
I work from Mumbai and don't have an office or team in Hyderabad. Many Hyderabad firms already run delivery for clients on other continents, so a remote SEO engagement fits how they work.
How it works
- Calls: a structured kick-off, then reviews with marketing and check-ins with business heads. We agree the review rhythm at the start, usually fortnightly or monthly.
- Dashboards: Looker Studio reporting by market and business line, so pharma, services or property teams see their own numbers.
- Documented workflow: content briefs and review trackers in your tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Wrike) so approvals are visible.
- Response times: I aim to reply within one working day; site-wide issues like indexing drops are handled first.
What I need from you
- Search Console, GA4 and CMS access, owned by your organisation.
- A named reviewer for regulatory, medical or legal content, and an agreed turnaround time.
- Product, capability or project information in one place, even if it's currently in PDFs.
- Sales or BD input on which markets and enquiries matter most.
Questions Hyderabad teams ask before hiring an SEO expert in Hyderabad
"How much should we budget?" It depends on how many markets and business lines are in scope, how much content needs review, and whether my team handles execution. For India market ranges, see this breakdown of SEO pricing in India. I don't sell fixed packages.
"Will you guarantee rankings in the US or UK?" No. Nobody can. Google itself treats guaranteed rankings as a red flag. I commit to a clear plan, quality execution and honest reporting.
"Can we start small?" Yes. You can start with the audit and roadmap on its own; there's no minimum engagement.
"How long until international leads come in?" Technical and catalogue fixes can show impact in weeks. International B2B visibility for competitive services usually takes six months or longer, because authority builds slowly.
"How do we know we can trust you?" Your organisation owns every account and asset, there's no lock-in and you work with me directly. Use these questions to ask an SEO consultant to test me, or anyone else.

FAQ
SEO expert in hyderabad: questions clients ask
Straight answers to what people usually want to know before a first call.
Yes. I work remotely from Mumbai with Hyderabad and Secunderabad businesses, especially IT services, pharma, healthcare and real estate. Work runs through video calls, shared dashboards and documented review workflows. I don't have a Hyderabad office; in-person sessions can be discussed for larger engagements.
There's no reliable ranking, and anyone who calls themselves the top SEO expert in Hyderabad is making a claim you can't check. The right one for you understands your sector, explains how they will measure enquiries and tells you what they can't promise. Judge providers on how they diagnose your site, who actually does the work and whether you keep ownership of your accounts, not on ranking guarantees or the lowest monthly fee.
A September 2026 market survey puts single-location local SEO in India at roughly ₹15,000–35,000 a month and B2B SEO at about ₹1,00,000–4,00,000 a month. Where you sit depends on how many markets and business lines are in scope, how much content needs review and whether my team executes. If you run a single shop or clinic, I usually recommend a one-off local audit and plan instead. I scope after the intro call.
A freelancer suits a defined, smaller job, such as cleaning up a Business Profile or fixing a list of technical issues. A consultant suits an unclear problem, or a strategy that has to work across marketing, compliance, product and development. I lead the strategy and bring in specialists from my team for execution where you need them.
Stop competing on generic terms like software development company. Build pages around specific capabilities, industries and platforms your buyers search for in each target country, and support them with detailed case studies. Research keywords by market, fix technical issues and measure qualified enquiries by country rather than total traffic.
B2B pharma buyers search for specific products, molecules, capabilities and certifications. Put that information on crawlable pages rather than PDFs, add structured data where it fits and build a review process so regulatory teams can approve content quickly. Claims must be accurate and sourced, which also helps with trust signals.
For hospitals, clinics, real estate and consumer services, often yes, if your data shows Telugu or transliterated searches. For international B2B, English content is usually enough. I check Search Console and keyword data first, then recommend Telugu pages only where they will serve real searchers well.
Look for a named person you can speak to, real knowledge of how buyers in your market search, proof you can check, such as case studies or a track record you can verify, and no promise of rankings. A page that only swaps the city name into the same text is a warning sign: it suggests nobody has looked at your market closely. For transparency, I'm based in Mumbai and work with Hyderabad businesses remotely, and I say so on this page.
No. AI Overviews and assistants still rely on pages they can find, read and trust, which is what good SEO builds. What's changed is that being named in an AI answer now matters alongside ranking, so AI-search visibility is part of every SEO engagement I run as standard. Buyers increasingly ask AI assistants to shortlist vendors and explain treatments or products, so I check how AI systems describe your business, fix inconsistencies in your content and entity signals and track a set of relevant prompts over time.
