OUTCOMES
What this engagement is measured on
Every client's goals are different, and most are a mix. In the first weeks we agree which of these matter to you, record a baseline, and report against it every month. Targets are set after the audit, never promised up front.
Traffic and engagement
Grow non-branded organic clicks to the pages that matter commercially.
- What we measure
- Non-branded organic clicks, organic sessions and users, engaged sessions and click-through rate.
- What usually moves first
- Impressions, rankings and click-through rate on pages that are fixed or rewritten.
- What follows
- Sustained growth in organic clicks and engaged sessions.
Leads, sales and revenue
Turn that traffic into enquiries, sales or sign-ups you can see in GA4 or your CRM.
- What we measure
- Organic enquiries and leads, conversion rate of key pages, and organic revenue and its share of the total.
- What usually moves first
- Conversion tracking you can trust, and better conversion paths on the pages that already get traffic.
- What follows
- Growth in organic leads, sales and revenue share.
Authority: backlinks and topic authority
Build the links and topic depth needed to compete for harder terms.
- What we measure
- Relevant referring domains, link quality, Domain Authority/Rating trend and how much of each topic your site covers and ranks for.
- What usually moves first
- New links from relevant sites and more of your topic pages indexed and ranking.
- What follows
- Rankings on the competitive head terms that need authority to move.
Value delivered vs investment
Show what the organic results are worth against paid clicks and paid leads.
- What we measure
- What the organic results would cost to buy as paid clicks or paid leads (CPC and CPL based value), and hours saved where work is automated.
- What usually moves first
- An agreed baseline and the tracking needed to put a value on results.
- What follows
- A value-to-investment ratio you can track month by month.

Who this is for
Delhi NCR is one of the most crowded search markets in India. In categories like dental clinics, IELTS coaching, interior design or property, a single query can surface dozens of businesses fighting for three map slots, plus aggregators and directories above the organic results. Most businesses respond by buying more "SEO packages" rather than fixing why they are not winning.
What usually holds NCR sites back is not a lack of activity but a lack of prioritisation: Google Business Profiles in the wrong category, location pages copied across every sector of Gurugram, and blog posts nobody searches for. I start with a proper SEO audit and a short list of fixes that actually affect enquiries.
I work with you directly rather than through an account manager, and my small specialist team handles execution where you need it. The operating standards come from years of leading large SEO teams, described in the SEO organisation transformation case study.
- Clinics, hospitals and healthcare practices across Delhi, Gurugram and Noida competing in the local pack
- Coaching institutes, test-prep and education brands with admission-season demand
- Real estate developers and channel partners marketing projects in Gurugram, Noida and Greater Noida
- D2C and start-up brands based in NCR that sell nationally and compete with marketplaces
- B2B service firms in New Delhi that need qualified leads, not just traffic
DIAGNOSIS
Problems I solve
Common constraints teams face before we begin working together.
"We're not in the top three on Maps"
"Our last agency sent reports, not leads"
"Customers search in Hinglish and we only target English"
"Portals outrank us for our own projects"
What makes SEO in Delhi NCR different
NCR is not one market. It is several cities, three states and a very competitive set of local categories.
Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad are separate cities across Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, and people search them separately. A clinic in South Delhi is not competing with one in Noida, but a real estate developer may be marketing to buyers across all of them. The strategy has to follow how your customers actually search.
| Delhi NCR market reality | What it means for your SEO |
|---|---|
| Very crowded local categories (clinics, coaching, interiors, CA firms) | Win the local pack for the localities you serve: profile category, reviews, proximity-aware location pages |
| Hindi and Hinglish queries alongside English | Keyword research in Roman-script Hindi and Devanagari; write natively, never machine-translate |
| Coaching and education demand follows exam and admission cycles | Publish and refresh course pages ahead of each cycle, not during it |
| Real estate portals dominate Gurugram and Noida results | Target project, locality and possession-stage long-tail queries; keep portal listings consistent |
| Healthcare is "your money or your life" content | Doctor bios, medical review and clear credentials on every treatment page |
| D2C and start-ups compete with marketplaces | Strong category architecture and brand-plus-product queries rather than head terms |
SEO expert in Noida and Gurugram
Noida and Gurugram behave like separate search markets, not suburbs of Delhi. Gurugram results lean towards real estate, corporate services and start-ups; Noida towards education, IT services and its newer residential sectors. The businesses, portals and map packs that compete for the same query differ between the two, so I build for that city's results specifically rather than treating NCR as one market.
Looking for an SEO company in Delhi? What to compare first
If you searched for an SEO company, you're probably comparing agencies. I'm not one: I lead every engagement personally, with a team of specialists for execution. Here's how the two models differ.
Delhi has no shortage of SEO agencies, and some are very good. The question is which model fits your problem. Here is an honest comparison.
| Dimension | Local Delhi agency | Senior remote consultant (me) |
|---|---|---|
| Who does the thinking | Often a senior pitch, then a junior account team | I lead strategy personally for the whole engagement |
| In-person meetings | Easy to arrange | Remote by default; in-person can be discussed for larger engagements |
| Pricing model | Monthly packages with fixed deliverables | Scoped to the problem: audit, advisory or strategy plus execution |
| Reporting | Rankings and activity lists | Enquiries, pages and queries tied to leads |
| Best for | Businesses that want done-for-you execution at volume | Businesses that need senior diagnosis and clear priorities |
An agency is a better choice if you need someone physically in your office every week, or you only want a low-cost listing and citation service. I'm a better fit when you've already tried packages, results have stalled and you need someone senior to work out why. Either way, ask any provider the questions to ask an SEO consultant before signing.
Your SEO consultant in Delhi NCR, working remotely from Mumbai
I'm based in Mumbai and I don't have an office in Delhi. For SEO that rarely matters: the work happens in your Search Console, your CMS and Google's results, not in a meeting room.
How it works
- Calls: a kick-off video call, then reviews on Google Meet or Zoom. We agree the review rhythm at the start, usually fortnightly or monthly. Same time zone, so no scheduling gymnastics. If you run or support a Delhi NCR family business from abroad, you're welcome too: we work across time zones.
- Dashboard: a shared Looker Studio dashboard with leads, traffic and rankings you can open any time, built the way I describe in automating marketing reporting.
- Response times: I aim to reply to messages within one working day; urgent issues such as a site outage or a penalty are handled the same day.
- Local checks: I check Delhi NCR results with location-specific tools, so I see what a searcher in Dwarka or Sector 62 sees.
What I need from you
- Admin access to Google Search Console, GA4 and Google Business Profile, owned by your business.
- CMS or developer access, or a named person who can deploy changes.
- Someone who can tell me which enquiries turned into customers.
- Around 30 minutes a month from a subject expert (doctor, faculty head, sales lead) to review content.
What NCR businesses worry about before hiring an SEO expert in Delhi
"Is it worth the money?" It depends on the value of a customer. For a clinic or a property project, a handful of extra qualified enquiries a month can cover the cost. For a low-margin product, it may not. I'll tell you on the discovery call if SEO isn't the right channel. For market price ranges, see SEO pricing in India.
"What affects the cost?" Number of locations, how competitive the category is, how much content and development is needed, and whether my team executes or your team does.
"Can you guarantee first page?" No, and nobody honest can. Google's own guidance is that promises of rankings are a red flag. What I commit to is the work, the process and transparent measurement.
"Can we start small?" Yes. You can start with the audit and roadmap on its own; there's no minimum engagement.
"How long before we see results?" Profile and technical fixes can show movement in weeks. Competitive local and national terms in Delhi usually take four to six months or more.
"How do I know you're not another agency that disappears?" You own every account and every piece of content, there's no lock-in contract, and you deal with me directly.

FAQ
SEO expert in delhi: questions clients ask
Straight answers to what people usually want to know before a first call.
Yes. I work with businesses across Delhi, New Delhi, Gurugram and Noida remotely from Mumbai, using video calls and shared dashboards. I don't have a Delhi office, but SEO work happens in your search tools and website, so location rarely affects results. In-person sessions can be discussed for larger engagements.
The best SEO expert in Delhi for you is the one who understands your category, shows how they will measure leads and will tell you what they can't promise. Judge providers on how they diagnose your site, who actually does the work and whether you keep ownership of your accounts, not on ranking guarantees or the lowest monthly fee.
A September 2026 market survey puts single-location local SEO in India at roughly ₹15,000–35,000 a month and multi-branch local SEO at ₹40,000–1,00,000 a month. For Delhi NCR, the number of locations, how crowded your category is and whether my team executes decide where you sit. If you run a single shop or clinic, I usually recommend a one-off local audit and plan instead. I scope after the intro call.
Start with the right primary category on your Google Business Profile, complete services and photos, and a steady flow of genuine reviews. Then build location pages that are genuinely specific to the areas you serve and link them from your profile. Proximity matters too, so you won't rank everywhere in NCR from one address.
Not on their own. Google names relevance, distance and prominence as the main local ranking factors, so the right category, complete details and a steady flow of genuine reviews do most of the work. Replies and posts help people reading your profile decide to call, which is worth doing, but they aren't a ranking lever by themselves. Keep keywords out of your business name: it's against Google's guidelines and can get the listing suspended. If you'd rather not manage the profile yourself, Business Profile management is available as an optional add-on, scoped separately.
If your customers search that way, yes. Many Delhi NCR searches mix Hindi and English, often in Roman script. I check actual query data in Search Console and keyword tools first, then decide whether you need Hinglish phrasing on English pages, separate Hindi pages, or both. Machine-translated pages usually do more harm than good.
Search behaviour is visible in the data: what people type, which businesses Google shows and how competitors are structured. I analyse Delhi NCR results with location-specific tools and rely on you for on-the-ground knowledge of your customers. That combination works better than assuming local presence alone produces good SEO.
Look for a named person you can speak to, real knowledge of how buyers in your market search, proof you can check, such as case studies or a track record you can verify, and no promise of rankings. A page that only swaps the city name into the same text is a warning sign, for the same reason near-identical location pages are a mistake on your own site. For transparency, I'm based in Mumbai and work with Delhi NCR businesses remotely, and I say so on this page.
No. AI Overviews and assistants still rely on pages they can find, read and trust, which is what good SEO builds. What's changed is that being named in an AI answer now matters alongside ranking, so AI-search visibility is part of every SEO engagement I run as standard. For many Delhi service categories, Google now shows AI Overviews above the local pack, so I make sure your pages are clear, well structured and consistent with your profile and reviews.
